Transport and parking services for a hassle-free arrival

EV Charging

We have a total of 5 electric points, with 10 chargers. The EV chargers are situated within the Southern Car Park (near Asda).

Parking

Parking is £3 every four hours. Our car parks are free for guests staying up to 30 minutes, blue badge holders, and everyone arriving after 5 pm.

Blue Badge Parking

We are pleased to offer all Blue Badge holders the option to add your vehicle registration to our ANPR database. Doing so will allow you free parking without the need to use our payment machines during your visit. Visit Guest Services for more information.

Train access

Ashford International is less than a five minute walk from Ashford Designer Outlet. You will need to exit from the international side of the rail station and follow the directional signage to the centre.

Accessibility services designed to support guests with mobility needs

Changing Places

Changing Places facilities are available to those who cannot use standard toilet access by providing the required space and equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist for safety and comfort.

Mobility aid rentals

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for free in our centre. You can hire these from our Guest Services on the day (subject to availability), or you can ask ahead and call the team. ID will be required upon collection.

Disabled parking spaces and toilets are located throughout the centre.

Step-free access

Our centres are designed with accessibility in mind with step-free access, wide aisles, and ample space for wheelchairs.
