Premium Parking

Secure a parking space directly in the first row at the centre entrance with our Premium Parking. The daily fee is €10. Start your extraordinary shopping experience.

3,000 Parking Spaces

We offer plenty of parking spaces at the centre. Disabled Parking spaces are available at parking lot P1. The parking fee is €5.00 for the entire day and the first hour is free.

EV Charging

Our 20 EV-charging points are located at the parking lot P1 and can be used to recharge your car. There is a fee for this service.

Group Bookings

We offer special discounts for groups of 10 or more people, including a 10% discount voucher for everyone in the group.

Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities to change nappies and to provide breast-feeding to your baby.

Kiddy Car Rental

To make it a fun day for the little ones, we offer our Kids Cabs to rent for €5 a day (€20 deposit cash). They can be rent at our Guest Services.

Kids Playgrounds

Bring the little ones along and let them delve into a magical world of play at our 2 centre playgrounds - the big one is even roofed. You can find them close to Marché and Frittenwerk.

Sensory Backpacks

To help support guests’ needs, we offer sensory stimulating backpacks that have been equipped with key sensory items to offer children and adults a broad range of sensory opportunities and therapeutic benefits during their stay. They are free of charge (€50 deposit) and can be rent at our Guest Services.

As we are an outdoor centre in Northern Germany, we offer you umbrellas free of charge to use them during your stay with us. You can find them everywhere throughout the area. Just pick one and bring it back when you finished shopping.
